Subject: New Preferred Stationary Printing Vendor – Dupli Envelope & Graphics

I am pleased to announce that Dupli Envelope & Graphics has been selected as Rutgers’ preferred vendor for stationary products. Dupli is now available in the RIAS Exchange and departments may begin ordering with Dupli immediately.

Some benefits of the new contract include:

  • Creating, Proofing, and Ordering of stationary items through RIAS Exchange
  • Savings of approximately 50% from past pricing
  • Dedicated customer service representatives
  • Compliance with the University’s Visual Identity System

Rutgers stationary products offered under the new contract include:

  • Business Cards
  • Letterhead
  • Envelopes
  • Mailing Labels
  • Memo Pads

Individuals responsible for ordering stationary products are encouraged to attend one of the following training sessions:

  • Tuesday, September 28, 2010 – 1:30-2:30 p.m. – ASB II, Community Room, Cook Campus
  • Wednesday, September 29, 2010 - 1:30-2:30 p.m. - ASB II, Community Room, Cook Campus
  • Thursday, September 30, 2010 - 1:30-2:30 p.m. - ASB II, Community Room, Cook Campus

The session will walk you through the online ordering process for Dupli.
